The company

The Reimann family business was founded in 1952. In the 70 years of our existence, we have developed from a pure jute weaving mill into a company that now operates worldwide. In the past, renowned partners such as Bayer® Leverkusen have been acquired to ensure high quality fabrics. In order to be able to master future challenges, we are currently working with strong international partners.

Wilhelm Reimann had already expanded the company’s range of services and further developed the product portfolio at an early stage. This brought clear benefits for our customers, and the company became a valued and respected partner for the “green industry”.

Even though brands such as Plantatex® cloth for root balling and Pyrotex® flame-retardant shading fabric are now marketed worldwide, much of the pioneering spirit of the early years remains. We always strive to optimize products in close contact with the users.

In particular more recent products such as the Pyrotex® Acoustic, a double-layer sound-absorbing fabric, and PyroShine®, a reflective shading fabric deserve special attention. These brands fit into the collection and are well received in the market.

Committed and qualified employees on the one hand, an extensive, worldwide network of competent partners on the other, as well as close customer relations are the framework for our projects and activities.

Our company in the textile town Emsdetten of the German Münsterland region is now run by the second generation of the family under the management of Monika Reimann.
